We are in the fall season of 2019 and it is time to look back on some Korean dramas of this year whose romantic kisses are sure to keep you warm throughout the winter. So I’m back with another list and this one is dedicated to dramas that showed us heating chemistry between the leads.
Check out the following 8 dramas from 2019 which not only have cute and sweet relationship moments but also some heart-thumping romantic kisses.
1. Her Private Life
“Her Private Life” is a romance comedy drama about a fan girl Sung Deok Mi (Park Min-young) is a museum curator. She is also a crazy fan girl of idols since 20 years and no one knows about it. She meets Ryan Gold (Kim Jae-wook) her new art director at the museum. He is of cold personality but he takes interest in Sung Deok Mi.
Although she is a 24/7 fan girl her new manager took a lot of care of this fact and still loved her fully. It is really amazing to see their romance progress throughout the show.
2. One Spring Night
“One Spring Night” is a romantic melodrama which is going to tell the story of Lee Jung In (Han Ji-min), a librarian and Yoo Ji Ho (Jung Hae-in), a pharmacist who are about to get married and they now look at their relationship differently than before.
The drama shows ups and downs a couple usually goes when making decision about marriage. Gradually the couple learned a lot about each other during this time and got even more close.
3. Search: WWW
“Search : WWW” tell the success stories of women in theirs 30’s who go above social norms against women to come on the top. Bae Tae-Mi (Im Soo-jung), an employee at a search engine website in her late 30’s. Park Mo Geon (Jang Ki-yong) who is a CEO and producer of a company. He falls in love with Bae Tae-Mi. Cha Hyun (Lee Da-hee) who was earlier a Judo player and now a head manager of the No. 2 web portal Baro.
Although it is more of a woman-centric drama but our ladies had amazing romance going on in their lives as well. “Search: WWW” is a perfect balance of both the genres, you will enjoy it for sure.
4. Romance Is a Bonus Book

“Romance is a Bonus Book” is a love story which focuses on the lives of workers in their 30’s working in a publishing company. Cha Eun Ho (Lee Jong-suk) is the company’s youngest editor-in-chief who is also excellent in his job. Kang Dan-Yi (Lee Na-young) loses her job of copywriter in which she was very popular. She lies about her background to get into a publishing company.
She meets her longtime friend Cha Eun Ho and gradually they develop feelings for each other. Although we don’t see romance right away. But after some episodes your screen is sure to be filled with warm romance scenes.
5. Touch Your Heart
“Touch Your Heart” is a story of a lawyer called Kwon Jung-Rok (Lee Dong Wook) who has a very cold personality and a top actress Oh Yoon-Seo (Yoo In Na) who ends up in a scandal with the grandson of a chaebol. Oh Yoon-Seo is only famous for her looks. In order to get a role of a lawyer’s secretary she fakes herself as the lawyer’s secretary in the firm where Kwon Jung-Rok’s works. The two end up in a secret romance.
Since the main leads never dated before, you will be able to feel the innocence in their relationship. That is actually the main highlight in the drama. The cute and sweet romantic moments between them is actually why you need to see the drama.
6. Angel’s Last Mission: Love
“Angel’s last Mission : Love” tells the story of ballerina Lee Yeon Seo (Shin Hye Sun). She tragically loses her eyesight. Due to this she finds hard to trust people. Then an angel named Dan (Kim Myung Soo) comes to save her from despair and helps her to find love, but ends up falling himself in love with her.
This one is a fantasy rom-com. The romance between the main couple was sweet, strong and romantic as well. There are many kisses in the drama that would make your heart beat louder.
Abyss Korean drama is a story of a young and beautiful prosecutor Go Se-Yeon (Park Bo-young) and a man named Cha Min (Ahn Hyo-seop) who successor of a cosmetics company, is considered ugly in the society. One Day both of them gets into an accident, but comes back to life due to a magic pearl, as a result of which the prosecutor becomes a totally plain-looking girl and the ugly man a gorgeous flower boy.
The actors showed amazing chemistry despite the unexpected pairing. The romance scenes were also very lovely.
8. My Absolute Boyfriend
Talk about having a robotic boyfriend!
“My Absolute Boyfriend” tells a love story between a human and a robot. Uhm Da Da (Bang Min-ah) is a special effects make-up artist who don’t want to be in love. But she started to have feelings for Yeong Goo (Yeo Jin-goo) who is a humanoid robot programmed to be a perfect boyfriend. Ma Wang Joon (Hong Jong-hyun) who is a childhood friend of Da Da, has feelings for her.
This drama is sure to make singles want it to be true. The robot boyfriend is so romantic that all the girls in the world would like to have one.
