Well I was able to finish only two dramas in October the other two are still in continuation as one of them is yet to be finished and the other one is of 100+ episodes, so this one is going to take some time.
1. The Third Charm
My October month started with this drama. The drama is focused on the relationship between a hair stylist and a police officer both are completely opposite in personality. The relationship shown in the drama is not like a typical relationship shown in many Korean dramas, but it has more connection with reality. So far the drama is going good and I’m really looking forward to next episode.
It has Lee Som and Seo Kang Joon as the main leads.
ONE WORD: Good Drama
I’m on episode 8 and it has 10 episodes aired so far.
2. Witch’s Love
This is the drama I enjoyed most in this month. This drama even gave me a Kdrama Hangover (A situation in which you keep thinking about a drama night and day even after you finished the drama. 😉 ) for 3 days. The drama has perfect balance of fantasy, romance and comedy. I really enjoyed my time watching this drama.
It is a story of 3 modern-day witches living together. One of them is young named Kang Cho-hong and the rest two Jo Aeng-doo and Maeng Ye-soon are her grandmothers. They live inside an old house where they have their own famous restaurant. Kang Cho-hong loses her power after she broke her heart by loving a human. Then she meets a bad witch in order to find a solution to regain her power. The bad witch tells her to find a man who will never leave her and love her for entire life. After kissing that man she will get her powers back.
It has Yoon So-hee, Hyun Woo, Lee Hong-bin, Kim Young-ok and Go Soo-hee as the leads.
ONE WORD: Amazing drama
The drama has total 12 episodes. I finished it in 4 days.
3. Devilish Joy
I just finished its last two episodes. It was such a cute and sweet drama with many romantic kisses and the drama will give you an emotional roller coaster, you will go from laughing hard to crying loud. There were moments where I had a huge smile on my face by seeing the romantic moments between Gong Ma-Seong and Ju Gi-ppeum, also there were moments where I cried a lot, especially for Gong Ma-Seong, his character was so pitiful. Also Sung Ki-joon and Lee Ha-im were so cute together, I wished there was more of them.
Devilish Joy is a strange but beautiful love story between a genius doctor who suffers from “Cinderella Memory Disorder”, he got this disease due to a car accident he got into while trying to help a woman and an actress who used to be popular, but somehow lost her popularity.
It has Choi Jin-hyuk, Song Ha-yoon, Lee Ho-won and Lee Joo-yeon as the main leads.
ONE WORD: You can finish it in one go.
It had total of 16 episodes. It felt like it finished too fast.
4. High Kick 3
Waaao! I guess I have found my favorite drama ever. I have never seen such an enjoyable series ever in my life. And it does not turn me off that it has 100+ episodes. In fact, the thought that it has more than 100 episodes makes me feel even more happy.
The drama is full of comedy, I laughed a lot and I just completed 15 episodes and I’m recommending it to all who is looking for a comedy Korean drama. It is mostly a Family and Comedy drama.
The story of the drama goes like this~ Nae-Sang’s family goes bankrupt and they end up taking shelter at his brother in law’s house. But the credit collectors finds the place and a secret tunnel inside the house saves Nae Sang’s family. For the ventilation in the tunnel they end up blasting the toilet of the neighbor. 😀 Then the drama continue with funny moments between the two houses.
It has a star-studded cast~ Ahn Nae-sang, Yoon Yoo-sun, Yoon Kye-sang, Lee Jong-suk, Krystal Jung, Kim Ji-won, Park Ha-sun, Baek Jin-hee and Julien Kang.
ONE WORD: Favorite
I’m on episode 16 and has total of 123 episodes.
Would you like to recommend me some Kdramas for November, 2018? I’m looking forward, do comment!
